break the memory function of polyethylene material to
ensure polyethylene pipe possessed with good resistance
of slow crack growth and rapid crack propagation during
application. Advanced barrier screw and IKV extrusion
system technology and vacuum sizing device can guarantee
materials to be fully fused and plasticized. Meanwhile,
on the production line are ultrasonic scanning device
and gravity measurement loading system to execute dynamic
control of products and ensure product quality of every
meter of pipes during manufacturing. |

by use of imported polyethylene material of Borealis
Group dedicated for gas pipes, special alloy aluminum
and advanced GTAW full fusion welding and adhesive of
high performance. The pipe connection is safe and reliable,
widely applicable to indoor gas pipes. |
