strict selection of material
(1) The raw material PE-RT of American Dow
chemical and Korean SK has been selected with
the linear polystyrene as the main chain and
the controllable branches so that it has a
good high temperature-resistance and it can
meet the requirements of heat-resistance and
long-term static hydraulic pressure.
(2) The Billet Aluminum of good quality is
strictly used according to the standard. The
thickness of butt welded aluminum tape of
Kingbull PERT should strictly comply with
the industrial standard;
（3） The adhesive should be the one imported
from America to guarantee the adhesion quality
of plastic and aluminum alloy.

(1) High temperature resistance and high pressure
resistance. It is the only composite pipe
which can be used all the year round under
95℃ and 1.25MPa, which can fully guarantee
the stability and safety of the system.
(2) More reliable connection without seepage
under double hot melt connection. The pipes
and fittings use the same material. The joint
of pipes and fittings are integrated by hot
melt connection. The joint has a high intensity
without water seepage.
Why

1. It is the framer of industrial standard
with four patents. It has made the industrial
standard CJ/T159-2006 “Aluminum-plastic Composite
Pressure Pipe (Butt welding)”. It has four
patents in the die head, full circle undercut
machine, and fittings. The self-developed
type II full circle undercut machine peeler
has an inclination and good weld ability;
it has four air vents, which guarantees good
air exhaustion and no vacuum cavities.
3. Its pipes have a good quality. There is
a good adhesion between aluminum alloy and
plastic. The flaring test which tests the
welding line intensity is done with 1.3 times.
The peel strength under normal temperature
has reached 60～110N/cm, far higher than the
industrial standard. And it is the only manufacturer
who has passed the 5000 times cycling test
of cold and hot water.

techniques in the process of inner pipe production,
PP-R has a high degree of crystallinity and
a small spherulite, and has solved the problem
of stress concentration, has guaranteed not
only the excellent mechanical property and
long term creep resistance property but also
make the impact strength and cold shortness
reach the leading level of China.
